Hosting

This website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. Technically necessary data (such as IP address, time of request and browser type) is processed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; KVKK Art. 5).

No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies and do not use advertising trackers or third-party fonts.

Contact and introduction requests

If you write to us or request an advisor or CFO introduction, we store your name, email, company and message to handle the request. For an introduction we share your request with the selected advisor only after you have asked for it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, not the address itself.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page and the time, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You receive a confirmation email before any newsletter is sent and can withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
