Inflation adjustment factor calculator
Calculate the adjustment factor and the restated amount between two index values, for example consumer or producer price indices.
Enter two index values (for example from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK)) and the amount to restate. The tool does not store any data and does not use built-in index values, so you always work with the official figures.
How it works
Adjustment factor = index at the reporting date ÷ index at the original date. Restated amount = historical amount × adjustment factor. Change = (factor − 1) × 100%.
Which index, which dates and which items are adjusted depend on the applicable framework (tax law or financial reporting standards). Check the official rules or an advisor before using the result.
For information only; not tax, legal or investment advice. Rules change, so check the official source before acting.
